Comet Pan-STARRS

A very brief update, but it's about time!

I haven't had much luck trying to spot Comet Pan-STARRS (C/2011 L4). Excuses include very old binoculars that don't focus well, bad viewing aspect obscured by houses and trees and I keep forgetting at the right time.

Anyway, I still haven't actually seen it, but I did manage a photo! Using this nice clear guide I was at least able to easily figure out where it was, then it was just a case of pointing and repeatedly shooting until I managed this.

Aerial, Andromeda, plane, Pan-STARRS, tree.

And for bonus points there's also the Andromeda Galaxy (M31) and a passing plane. I might not have chosen to include the plane, but it was the best shot otherwise so what ya' gonna do?
